Experience is the biggest proof, and I consider myself lucky that I had the chance to deal with Wox Real Estate company when I decided to buy a property in Turkey. When I first contacted them, their agent arrived at my place, then we visited the head office of the company, the 1st stage was a clarification of all of the legal and financial aspects of the purchase procedures about buying property in Turkey. After that, we started to check the offer according to my demand, which was located in different places. And I had the chance to choose what suits me, then the viewing started by visiting the apartments using the company’s modern cars until I found what I was looking for. Then the sales contract was signed between me and the owner directly, which we sat face to face, in the presence of the representative of the company’s staff at the company main. The deposit amount was paid as a start, and the rest was to be paid at the Title deed registry office upon receiving of the property under my name. I was surprised when the company didn’t ask for any commotion, Then I understood that this is the company roles & they took their commotion from the seller.
